  Botox

BOTOX® is a simple, non-surgical, physician-administered treatment that can allow you to keep your years of wisdom without letting it show on your face. It temporarily smoothes moderate to severe frown lines, forehead creases, crows feet near the eyes or around your mouth by relaxing the muscles.

What are the benefits?
Medical applications including:
  • Blepharospasm (eye spasm)
  • Strabismus (misalignment of the eye)
  • Migraine headaches

Cosmetic applications including:
  • Smoothing of fine lines and superficial wrinkles
  • Refreshed appearance
  • Prevention of furrowed brow

What can I expect during or after the treatment?
Within days of just one 10-minute treatment, there's a noticeable improvement that can last up to 4 months. The Botox starts to disappear without breaking down or traveling through the body. And as with any cosmetic procedure, results may vary. There is no downtime, and normal daily activities can be resumed immediately following a treatment.

You're ready to get on with your day! You may have some localized tenderness or redness at the site of the injection, but this does not linger or interfere with your normal activities.

Note: Botox offers sustained relief, dose after dose. As far as long-term effects are concerned, treatment with Botox can typically be repeated indefinitely. However, if you are pregnant or taking certain medications, or have a history of certain neurological diseases, you are not eligible to receive Botox treatments. The effects of Botox may be increased with the use of certain antibiotics or other drugs -- be sure to disclose any and all pre-existing medical conditions and all medications you may be currently taking before undergoing any treatment.
